Hahaha mdau wa kwanza,siku hizi mambo ya soko huria yaani hata hao walioitwa kwa usahili hawana ubavu wa kutonesha kidonda hiko ili wasibadilishiwe kibao,ufinyu wa nafasi za kazi, wingi wa wahitimu,mabadiliko ya sheria za kazi(waajiri/waajiriwa) na kuwepo kwa soko huria limeondoa mambo mengi ya msingi ambayo zamani yalikua yakiambatana ktk ajira.
ReplyDeleteNakubaliana na mchangiaji hapo juu, hii ni serikali na ina jukumu kulipia gharama za usafiri na zinginezo za candidates. Have a standard rate for based on actual cost of living and if someone wants to stay at a 5 star hotel it is his problem. It is a shame to let the candidates to pay for themselves, especially for a govt interview!
