Town planners mko wapi? eneo la bahari beach na godowns wapi na wapi? Bora sehemu ya kuabudu kwa waumini wa makazi ya eneo lile au hoteli. Lakini godow bahari beach area!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteanonymous 2 kindly note that selling, leasing,assigning, enjoying, mortgaging,developing, investing a property are the rights of owner,(they are called bundle of rights) it look like you are taking your personal wishes to other people. People with kind of your thinking are always making the development of land stagnant as you dont either sell for highest and best use. the genuine Question here is for the land planner and land officer as to HOW a commercial use in the middle of mbezi residential area?.
