Music Mayday vocal performance – acapella – 21.00
Music Mayday Tanzania presents a vocal performance to mark the end of a 5-day vocal training workshop by Kenyan Vocal Trainer Andrew Wambua, who has long-term experience as a voice/career coach, but also as a singer and songwriter. 

The workshop participants will showcase the results of their intensive training in this performance. The workshop has been supported by European Union, Goethe-Institut, and SDC.

MZUNGU KICHAA – urban – 21.30
Mzungu Kichaa plays guitar and sings in Swahili and English. Debuting in 2009 with his album Tuko Pamoja, Mzungu Kichaa and his band Bongo Beat have created a unique style of Congolese inspired Bongo Flava. 2013 was a busy year for the band with performances Denmark, Germany, the UK, Holland, Zimbabwe and Kenya.

SIKINDE – Tanzanian rumba – 23.15
DDC Mlimani Park Ochestra is one of the greatest Tanzanian dance bands of all time. Although the group was first formed in 1978 they embody the sound of independence, as the founding members came from the pre independence group Dar es Salaam Jazz Band and the workers union band Ottu Jazz Band, who are still active on the scene. Don't miss this opportunity to see one of Tanzanias greatest orchestras!!
