Kwa nini msijipange kusaidia Tanzania tukapata hospitali nzuri na huduma nzuri kama hapa Marekani? mwaweza kujiorganize na kutoa elimu kwa wauguzi na kusaidia upatikanaji wa vyombo vya kisasa kwenye hospitali zetu. 1st LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS:-"Energy is always conserved; it cannot be created or destroyed. In essence. energy can be converted from one form into another.SO IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT, ONE WILL NEED TO REDUCE ENERGY INTAKE( FOOD AND ESPECIALLY FAT AS THIS CONTAINS THE GREATEST CALORIE VALUE) AND INCREASE ENERGY EXPENDITURE.
NB:-
-There are 3,500 calories in one pound (~ 0.5kg) of body fat.
-Aim at creating a deficit of 500 calories a day, i.e. 3,500/week.
-This can be accomplished through burning the calories through TIZI, creating caloric deficient through ur diet or a combo of both, the latter being the most favourable method.
-Start slowly, initially aiming at 250 calorie deficit/ day with 30 minutes of TIZI.
-30 Mins of cardio a day should burn 250 calorie.
-If you go out once a week for a meal or a drink u can add 1200 calories to your intake, and u will need to take this in account.
-You can easily google different food caloric values.
