As the inaugural CECAFA Nile Basin Cup tournament goes into the finals in Khartoum City this Wednesday afternoon, the CECAFA Secretary General Nicholas Musonye  (pictured) believes despite the numerous hurdles, the region is headed for a better destination in football development.
