Wanachama wa Jumiya ya Watu wanaoishi na maradhi ya kisukari Zanzibar na wafanyakazi wa kitengo cha maradhi hayo kutoka Hospitali Kuu ya Mnazimmoja wakiwa kwenye maandamano ya kuadhimisha siku ya kisukari Duniani yaliyoanzia viwanja vya Maisara na kumalia viwanja vya Malindi Novemba 14.
Wanachama wa Jumuiya hiyo wakionyesha bango lenye ujumbe mahasusi wa kimataifa wa siku ya kisukari Duniani katika maandamano ya kuadhimisha siku hiyo Novemba 14.
Naibu Waziri wa Afya Zanzibar Mahmoud Thabit Kombo (suti nyeusi) akiyapokea maandamano ya wanajumuiya ya watu wanaoishi na maradhi ya kisukari Zanzibar katika viwanja vya Malindi Mjini Zanzibar.Picha na Makame Maelezo Zanzibar.
Watanzania acheni kula sukari na chumvi nyingi...nimebahatika kutembelea nchi kama Korea wanatumia chumvi na sukari kwa kiwango kidogo sana hata ukiangalia life span yao iko juu tofauti na nchi zetu.Naiomba serikali ya Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania kupitia wizara ya Afya kuanzisha kampeni kuzuia matumiz ya chumvi na sukari "zitatuua"...Mdau ughaibuni

ReplyDeleteDiabetes diease kills more people than aids and cancer in the world. We need to eat healthy and exercise. It is so sad to see young people these days are dying, people are becoming blind, a lot of people who have high blood pressure, kidney failure, and stroke, all these are caused by diabetes. They call silence diease. So many people have this diease but they do not know that they have. Let us educate ourselves and get checked, so many ppeople will be saved
ReplyDeleteMichuzi samahani napenda sana kuchanganya lugha, sina ujuzi wa kutosha matumizi ya lugha moja pekee.Nimefurahi kuona habari hizi lakini pia napenda kusema kwamba watu wengi are not proactive to improve lifestyle.Sukari na chumvi, ni kweli zina matatizo sana ya afya, hasa kuleta Diabetes na blood pressure. ReplyDeleteNashukuru sana kwa anonymous wa mwisho. Hawa jamaa waliotangulia wanajiita ughaibuni, sijui wanasema wamekaa Korea na wapi kwingineko. Wanasema kisukari kina ua zaidi kuliko ukimwi, kansa na shindikizo la damu, wanazungumza bila takwimu za uhakika. Ukweli unabaki kuwa ukweli, kila kitu ukikitumia bila nidhamu si kizuri. Kitu kibaya kilicho kibaya kuliko vyote ni ngono ikifuatiwa sigara, ikifuatiwa na pombe. Madhara ya chumvi na sukari yataonekana kwa mtu asiyefanya kazi wala mazoezi. Kisukari kwa asilimia kubwa kinapatina kwa walevi. Ukitaka kuishauri Serikali usitoe maoni bila kufanyia utafiti. Ukisema Serikali ipige marufuku matumizi ya vitu vyenye madhara, itatakiwa ifunge viwanda vya sigara na pombe, pia ikataze watu wasifanye ngono. Kitu cha msingi ni Serikali kutoa elimu kwa wananchi kwa madhara yanayoweza kuwapata kwa kutumia kila kitu kwa wingi bila ya kufanya kazi na mazoezi kwa ajili ya afya.

DeleteSasa nyama kama tunanunua nusu kilo kwa wiki mara moja kula mnofu mmoja kunaathiri kweli au wanaokula nyama choma ndiyo waangalie sana?. Watu wengi wanatembea na kisukari bila kujua ukikojoa sana na kuchoka kapime, waliona type 2 wanakunywa dawa kila baada ya chakula kuvunja sukari na vyakula vya wanga carbohydrates vinavyogeuka sukari vikifika tumboni.
