    This is refreshing news, that a book gets to be the subject of conversation on Tanzanian television. Congratulations to Ngowi TV. If this becomes a trend, a tradition--and I hope and pray that it becomes such--it will greatly and positively impact our society, whose attitude towards books has been largely lackadaisical at best and indifferent at worst.
