We are so sorry to hear about the passing of James Mgani on August 16, 2008.

He was instrumental in making the Sullivan Summit a success; we leaned on him quite a bit before and during the Summit. He was always available to us and executed every task or problem we encountered with grace and professionalism.

It was heartbreaking to receive this news.
The Sullivan Foundation wishes to send its condolences to the Mgani family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Nichet SmithDirector,
