Mapato ya Zain yaongezeka- Muhtadi

Mkurugenzi Mtendaji mpya wa kampuni ya zimu za mkononi ya Zain Tanzania, Khaled Muhtadi amesema kampuni ya Zain inaendelea kukua kwa kasi na mapato yake mwaka huu yatavuka Dola za Marekani bilioni 7 (Tshs 8.19 trillion) wakati thamani ya kampuni itazidi dola za Marekani bilioni 25, (Tshs 29.2 trillion).
Akiongea Jijini Dar es Salaam katika Ifar iliyoandaliwa maalum kawa ajili ya wateja wakubwa na wa makampuni wa kampuni ya Zain, Mkurugenzi huyo alisema Zain imewekeza zaidi ya dola za Marekani 450,000 tangu 2005 kuwa mtandao uliosambaa zaidi nchini Tanzania, ikiwa inatoa huduma katika zaidi ya miji 160, huku ikihudumia asilimia 77 wa Watanzania wote na inatarajia kuwa kampuni inayoongoza kwa mapato na wateja ifikapo 2009.


“Nawashukuru kwa kuja kwenye Iftar hii tuliyowandalia, na hii ni fursa nzuri kwangu mimi kukutana na wateja wetu wakubwa wengi kwa mkupuo, Hapa zain tunavijunia kuelekeza juhudi zetu katika kutoa huduma za hali ya juu na za kisasa kwa viwango vya juu kwa wateja wetu wakubwa,’’ alisema Muhtadi.
‘’Uwekezaji wetu umechangia kuboresha miundombinu ya Tanzania, uchumi na kuboresha hali ya maisha ya watanzania kwa ujumla na hivi karibuni tutazindua huduma ya 3G ili kuwapa wateja wetu huduma ya intaneti inayoongeza kwa kasi nchini,’’ alisema..



Mkurugenzi huyo alisema tayari Zain inatoa huduma na bidhaa nyingi kwa wateja wakubwa na wale wa makampouni ili kukidhi mahitaji ya biashara ikiwa ni pamoja na huduma za Vifurishi vya Jipange ambavyo huwapa wateja wa kundi hilo simu mpya za kisasa zinazowawezesha wateja kudhibiti na kupanga ghrama na matumizi ya simu.


‘’Kadi zetu maalum za intanet pia zinawapa wateja wetu fursa ya kupata huduma ya intaneti kwa gharama nafuu,’’ aliongeza.


Zain Tanzania inakaribia wateja 3.3 milioni na utafiki wa masoko wa hivi karibuni unaonyesha Zain ndio kampuni inayoongeza kwa mapato, alisema Muhtadi na kuongeza kwamba wiki mbili zilizopita Zain iliongeza mtaji wake kufika dola bilioni 4.49 mabazo zitatumika kugharamia mipango ya Zain ya kupanuka zaidi.
Mkurugenzi Mtendaji huyo alisema lengo la Zain ni kuwa kati ya moja ya kampuni 10 za mawasiliano zinazoongoza duniani ifikapo 1011 ikiwa na wateja milioni 150, na mapato baada ya kodi ya dola bilioni 6, huku chapa ya Zain ikiwa miongoni mwa chapa 100 zinazoongoza duniani.


‘’Zain inajitofautisha na makampuni mengine kwa kutoa huduma inayoongoza kwa ubunifu. Zain iliweka historia mwaka 2006 ilipozindua huduma iliyoondo mipaka ya One Network Afrika Mashariki, ikiwawezesha wateja kutumia simu zao na kuongeza muda wa maongezi bila kulipia ghrama za Zuru za Kimataifa.


Huduma hiyo sasa imepanuka na inapatika katika nchi 16 duniani, 12 zikiwa barani Afrika na 4 Mashariki ya Kati. Zain pia ilikuwa kampuni ya kwanza kuanzisha huduma ya BlackBerry huduma ya kimataifa ya mawasiliano inayowawezesha wateja kufikia barua pepe za ofisini wakiwa popote nchini na katika mataifa mengine 30 duniani.



‘’Utafiti unaonyesha Black BERRY inaongeza ufanisi kwa ailimia 38 pamoja na kuokoa zaidi ya dola za Marekani 230 kwa watumiaji ukilinganisha na huduma zingine za intaneti,’’ alisema Muhtadi.

Sio kujisifia kuongezeka kwa mapato tu, huduma zenu za simu ni aghali za Internet ndio usiseme kabisa mbovu na aghali ajabu, 100mb mnauza kwa dola 25, tena bado mnatumia system ya EDGE, mara iko congested, ukitaka huduma kwa wateja, hiyo customer line ya dezo inaita tu bila kupokelewa, hivi kweli mmeingia karne ya ishirini na moja. Na hakuna cha 3G wala nini ingawa mnawauzia watu hiyo huduma lakini mitambo yenu bado haijaweza kutoa hiyo huduma. Ushauri wa bure, badala ya kujisifia mgeboresha huduma kwa wateja ili wawasifie kwa huduma nzuri.

    NB: Mtandao gani kufungua email ya yahoo tu inatake ages, tena hapo unasoma emails tu unakuta elfu kumi nzima ishaliwa? Na hujadownload chochote, kusema kweli najuta kuingia kwenye mtandao wenu ingawa una coverage kubwa! Na Michuzi wala usiibanie maana ukiibania utakuwa wala hujawasaidia, kweli sijaona mtandao unapiga kutwa nzima simu ya kutaka huduma kwa wateja na haipokelewi! Eti mpaka uwapigie namba zao personally!

  2. Kweli mimi nakupa shave mteja wa zain aliyekasirika. Hata mimi kwa kweli inanikera, maana kama hiovi karibuni mnasema mmeanzisha huduma ya "jirushe" tuklasema kwa kweli tutapeta, sasa kumbe kuingiya kwenye huduma hiyo naona kama bahatinasibu, maana wateja wote wanakerwa na huduma hiyo, inachukua hata siku tatu mtu anatuma maombi lakini hakubaliwi, matokeo yake mtu akituma maobi anadhani ameshakubaliwa anaanza kujirusha akija kushtuka anakuta amerushwa. Kwa kweli mabalozi wa zain mtusaidie kufikisha ujumbe.
