Short Course on:
“Becoming a High Performance Organization (HPO) in a Fragile Economy” from 17th - 21st May, 2010 at morogoro hotel, morogoro

Tumaini University, Iringa University College cordially invites personnel from both the public and private sector to attend the above short course which will take place at Morogoro Hotel, Morogoro from the the 17th - 21st May, 2010.

1. Objective of the Workshop:
The principle objective of this workshop is to equip participants with the requisite skills needed to turn their organization into an HPO whilst at the same time providing the participant with a solid visionary to-do list that will aid their organization achieve peak employee performance, attain a higher return on investment (ROI) and positively impact on their bottom line.

2. Target Group:
This course is suitable for:
Chief Executive Officers
General Managers
Line Managers
Government Officials - DEDs, DPOs, DAOs, RPOs and RASs
Personnel and Administration Managers

3. Training Methodology and Resource Persons:
Participative and interactive learning methodology facilitated by powerpoint presentations will be employed. This will also be supported by the use of relevant case studies, role plays, simulation exercises, business games and video watching. The presenters will be experts from the Faculty of Business and Economics who have a vast experience in the area of Performance Management.

Travel, Accomodation and Other Logistics
Travel and accomodation expenses shall be borne by the participant whom it is recommended should make advance bookings to avoid any inconveniences.
The organizers of the course will provide tea / coffee during morning and afternoon breaks and buffet lunch during the lunch break.

NB: A certificate of participation will be issued to participants upon the successful completion of the course.

    i.e doing something to fatten wallets of its dons instead of complaining or waiting for government donations. I call upon other (private) universities to learn from these guys.

    Worry not guys, there are people who always think of negative only. There are lot of sick guys out there who need couselling.Anybody to help these guys, they need help.
