What is WELLNESS? 1. The condition of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by a proper diet, exercises and habits (American Heritage Dictionary). 2 .It's all about feeling better and looking better, 3. Wellness is about waking up every morning and having enough time, energy and freedom to live the life you want. ReplyDeleteDada hongera lakini ni hivi 90% ya vyakula vya supermarket ni processed food na hivi vyakula ndio chanzo cha magonjwa mengi mfano kisukari, kiharusi, kansa nk. ndio ukaona tokea na sisi Tanzania tuanze ku-import haya mavyakula na kusambaa kwa supermarket ndio haya maradhi yamejitokeza kwa wingi, Tafadhali waambie watu wawe wanakula vyakula freshi toka kwa mkulima,mfugaji na sio vilivosindikwa na kuwekwa ma-additive ili kuliokoa taifa letu.
ReplyDeleteChakula kizuri ni kile kinachopatikana moja kwa moja toka shamba (fresh): ni kile kilichozalishwa kwenye aridhi ambayo mimi na wewe walaji tunaifahamu kuwa haina sumu, ni chakula kile ambacho hakikumwagiliwa madawa ya kuuwa wadudu(pestcide)nk. Vyakula vyenye kuhifadhiwa kwenye karatasi za nailoni si salama, kwani vinasababisha saratati na maradhi mengine mengi. Vyakula hivyo vimewekewa madawa ya huvihifadhi ili visihalibike mapema. Madawa hayo (preservatives) ni hatari kwa afya ya mwanadamu. Vyakula hivyo vingi vinakaa kwenye majakofu kwa kipindi kirefu cha usafirishaji na uhifadhi gharani. Vyakula hivyo pia havina radha kamili kwa sababu vinavunwa kabla ya kukomaa vema, na pia huivishwa kwa madawa (gas) hasa matunda. Hata maji ya chupa sio salama. Tatizo kubwa ni kuwa nchi maskini kama TZ tunapokea elimu yoyote tukidhani kuwa kila elimu ni nzuri kwetu kwa kuwa inaitwa elimu!. Hata hawa watu (senior coach) wamesoma ndiyo, lakini hawana cha kufanya kwenye nchi zao (unadhani kwa nini?), kwa hiyo wanakuja kwenye nchi maskini kama TZ ambako watauza elimu (ujinga wao) kwa ulaini na haraka.
ReplyDeleteTunayo masoko yetu hapa nyumbani ktk miji mbalimbali, masoko haya yanatuuzia vyakula bora kabisa (Organic) Ingawa masoko hayo mengi ni ya wazi au yako nje lakini bado vyakula ni bora kuliko vya senior coach. Osein, yule bwana mkimbiaji wa kutukuka wa bio fupi toka Jamaika aliyefanya maajabu kwenye olimpiki kule nchini uchina anakula kama ifuatavyo: asubuhi anakula dumplin au festival(mandazi ya ki-Jamaica), chakula cha mchana anakula wali kwa mbuzi, maharage, mboga,nyama ya mkia wa ng'ombe. Usiku anaweza kula ndizi za kuchemsha na samaki (fresh). Maisha yanakwenda. Vipi afya yake ilimruhusu kuwashinda walaji wa vyakula vya kwenye nailoni na mikebe kwa makumi ya mita! Tusiangaike sana, elimu tunato wenyewe toka enzi za wahenga, hioyhioy tuitumie.
Inawezakana kuwa ni imani kuwa uzuri ni wembamba, au mtu mzuri (mlembo ni yule mwembamba). Nataka kuwa kumbushia kuwa hawa watu kwenye picha hii ndiyo miili yao ilivyo. Kwa hiyo basi kina Betina na Pimbi hata tukila saladi(majani) kila leo inawezekana mili yetu ikabaki palele. Ktk nchi zilizoendelea (ulaya) siku hizi swala la kupunguza uzito sio swala la kiafya, ila limekuwa ni swala la urembo na kwa vijana (wanaume) ni swala la kuvutia kinadada "eti six packs". Ninaomba nieleweke kuwa ninakubaliana na swala kuwa uzito unaweza kusababisha maradhi, lakini chakula cha nailonini kinaweza kutuletea madhara zaidi. Tukienzi chakula chetu na eimu yetu. Mungu inusulu TANZANIA!
