National Housing Corporation is seeking to recruit well- motivated and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
1 TRAINING MANAGER Ref. No. TM/NHC/1
The Training Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources and has overall rresponsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising training in the Corporation, managing the training and professional development work relates to the ongoing, and long-term improvement of employees' skills so that they can fulfill their potential within their work place.
Specific duties include:
Identifies training and development needs within corporation through appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers and regional mangers
Designs and developing training and development programmes based on both the corporation's and the individual's needs
Works in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all directorates/units in a corporation.
Develops effective induction programmes; compiling appraisals results and devising individual learning plans;
Produces training materials for in-house courses
Manages the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the corporation
Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
Ensures that statutory training requirements are met
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
The applicants of this position should be a Tanzania Nationals who possess the following minimum Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field.
Must Have Prior Work Experience in training, Having knowledge of business sector of corporation is an added advantage
Eight (8) or more years of experience with at least 4 years of which in a senior level.
Master’s degree in related management field is an added advantage
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
Coaching and leadership skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Have good planning, presentation, time and project management skills
Being professional, ethical and persuasive
Being strategic, analytical, critical and creative
Knowledge and expertise in training and instructional methods

2 PERFORMANCE AND REWARD MANAGER -Ref. No. PRM/NHC/2
The Performance and Reward Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources and has overall responsible for managing performance evaluation systems and exercise, and assisting in setting performance objectives.
Specific duties include:
Documents a performance plan that includes measures, desired results, and standards.
Tracks down performance score cards for each employee
Consolidates all employees performance appraisal results or performance review and reward for performance.
Develops or updates performance development or improvement plan to handle the performance gap of each employee
Ensures that recommendations made in the appraisal forms are implemented
Conducts salary survey, review and develops salary structure from time to time
Prepares and administers the bonuses and Incentive schemes/Plans and other compensation programs
Educates employees and creates awareness on bonuses and rewards
Analyzes compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
The applicants of this position should be a Tanzania Nationals who possess the following minimum Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field.
Must Have Prior Work Experience in performance and rewards or compensation .
Eight (8) or more years of experience with at least 4 years of which in a senior level.
Master’s degree in related management field is an added advantage
Knowledge of performance management tools.
Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Excellent time management, performance management, and leadership skills.

3. SENIOR SALES OFFICER II - Ref. No. SSOII /NHC/3)
Reporting to the Sales Manager, The Senior Sales Officers have overall responsibility for execution of sales strategies of products and services offered by NHC. That includes Sales of Residential properties and Commercial (office / retail) space for rentals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute sales of residential properties developed for sale by the Corporations.
Sales of rental spaces (Retail & office) of new projects developed by the Corporations Countrywide.
Assists in creation of interface between NHC, house buyers, and banks thus facilitate Mortgage Loans.
Ensure that house buyers pay in time and take appropriate action for the defaulters of the same.
Actively engagement of all stakeholders to facilitate seamless sales culture among all members of organization.
Manage, Monitor and perform sales campaigns & promotions to ensure timely communication of benefits to the respective customers.
Advise the line managers on business trends that have impact on the Corporation’s threats and opportunities Contribute in the planning, budgeting, cost control, field force deployment, and customer service.
Manage all aspects of risk, including monitoring of advances portfolio, strict adherence to the provisions of the company policies to ensure minimal losses to NHC.
Work closely with Regional Offices to ensure that customers have a seamless service experience through all NHC delivery channels.
Ensure the House buyers allocation is done in transparent manner as stipulated in corporation policy.
Implement external product sales communications to ensure customers and general public are appropriately informed of NHC’s capabilities to deliver brand/product performance promises.
Constant contacts with appointed third party partners to ensure support to all stakeholders are adequate and served promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
The applicants of this position should be a Tanzania Nationals who possess the following minimum Qualification:-
A degree in Business Administration or other with relevant equivalent qualification.
He / She must have at least 5 years of practical Sales job related experiences.
Experienced sales candidate with Real Estate or Financial Services background. Experience in either sale of properties, facilitation of mortgage financing or consulting on services related to property development may have added advantage.
Both Candidates should provide sufficient proof of practical and successful track records of sales history.
Flexible candidate to work in different part of Tanzania where National Housing Corporation has establishment.
In addition, he/she must have leadership skills, Matured Personality, Commanding communication ability, Negotiation and presentation skills.
