The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Mahadhi Juma Maalim, giving his opening remarks at the launching of the 2nd Global Leadership Summit (GLS) held in Dar es Salaam today. Hon. Maalim appeared as a guest of honor on behalf of Dr. Mohammed Gharib Bilal, the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Summit aims to promote and strengthen Tanzania's economy and leadership skills within the regions.
