Hon. Membe and H.E. Abdullah exchanging Agreed Minutes of the Areas for Cooperation that included sectors of agriculture, infrastructure, railway, trade, industry, trade, investment, energy and minerals, livestock production and fisheries development, and others. The two countries engaged in the first meeting of Joint Permanent Commission of Cooperation held for two days from February 24 to 25, 2013 in Hyatt Regency (Kilimanjaro) Hotel in Dar es Salaam.

Pia dunia inatambua sana jinsi nchi yenu Oman ilivyo piga hatua hasa za kukuza ufikiwaji wa Maslahi ya Rasilimali za nchi kwa watu wenu, na kupiga vita na kuutokomeza umasikini.
Nchi chache zinazohesabuka zimefanikiwa kwa kuanzisha 'Dhamana Huru' yaani (SOVEREIGN BOND) kwa faida ya mali na rasilimali kuwafikia wananchi.
Ambapo pana njia nyingi isipokuwa njia kubwa tatu ni hizi hapa:
1.Kuimarisha Dhamana za Jamii(Social Security) hivyo faida hiyo kuwafikia wananchi kupitia ya dhamana za jamii.
2.Kujenga Sera (CONSTRUCTIVE POLICIES)zenye kuwakingia Kifua wananchi nakufungua mzunguko wa nje na wa ndani. (Open Market Operations), mfano mtu kuweza kuwekeza na kuhamishia Mitaji nje na ndnai chini ya usimamizi makini.
3.Kuwafikia wananchi kupitia Masoko ya Hisa na Dhamana za Mitaji, kufungua soko la mitaji na dhamana kwa wananchi wa kawaida na sio kwa Taasisi pekee.
