The Deputy Minister for Communication,Science and Technology Hon January Makamba looks at a Drip Irrigation System Project which uses recycled materials shortly before announcing it the over all winner of 2013 Young Scientists Tanzania .The project has been developed by the Singida boys,Jafar Ndagula and Jeremiah Vincent.
