Two weeks before the world began to shut down, 17 year old Los Angeles teenage film maker and girls education advocate Zuriel Oduwole, swept quietly across parts of Johannesburg on a new girls education mission - to provide support to thousands in the province.
It was her simple way of ensuring girls do not miss crucial days at school because of their cycle, a socio-cultural handicap they face in many part of Africa, Asia and Latin America
Zuriel and her young DUSUSU [Dream Up Speak Up Stand Up] Foundation are crafting practical and simple partnerships with the commercial sector, that fosters measurable differences in the lives of youths around the world.
