Auxiliary roads zitengenezwe ambazo zitato magari away from the major roads especially from Upanga/Selandar bridge to Tegeta through both the Bagamoyo roads, Morocco etc.
ReplyDelete1. Maeneo ya Muhimbili hakuwezi kujengwa daraja into Kinondoni kupunguza traffic Morogoro and Ali Hassan Mwinyi roads?
2. Barabara ile ya Hombu's (Home Boys?) off of Morocco ipanuliwe na extension yake iwe kupitia ile mitaa ya Namibia inayotokea barabara inayoelekea Kwa Mtogole from Sayansi. Extension nyingine iwe kupitia Polisi Mabatini hadi Sinza Afrika Sana (pale kuna barabara kama nne hivi zinarun parallel to each other)
3. Upande wa Old Bagamoyo road kupitia Msasani na kutokea TANESCO pale "Chama"/Engen ile itengenezwe into an all-weather road kwani kuna watu wengi wanaishi mule na wengine wengi zaidi hupitia kule kukwepa foleni. Vilevile kuna ka njia kengine ila daraja lake limevunjika na ulikuwa unatokea sambamba na ukuta wa Mwalimu Nyerere's residence.
4. From Shoppers to Victoria and all criss-crossing streets e.g Migombani, Chato, Ursino etc zitengenezwe into all weather roads pia. Vilevile, zikatwe barabara from hizi hapo juu all the way into Mikocheni ili kuondoa dependency on Old Bagamoyo road and Garden Road. Between Ngwasuma's Makumbusho and Millenium Towers kuna njia nyingine inayoingia kulia into Mikocheni na kushoto into Kijitonyama kama unaelekea Mwenge from town.

Bongo yetu bwana sasa ndio tunapata uhakika kabisa kuwa nchi yetu watu hawajaenda shule hapo naona magari line 3 za kwenda na line 1 ya kurudi je kulikoni???????

kwa kweli bado sana tunahitaji miaka mingine 150 ndio tunaweza kupata mabadiliko ya nchi yetu
viongozi wenyewe vichwa pombe plan zinapangwa kwenye ulevi na nyama choma.....
kwa mpango huo ni bora sheria za kumiliki gari zisizozidi 2 uanzishwe kwani utakuta familia moja ina magari zaidi ya 6
viongozi ndio balaa lote kiongozi ana gari la kwendea kazini mkewe ana gari la kwendea safari zake na watoto wana magari ya kwendea kwenye mambo yao na kuna gari special la kupeleka wale watoto wadogo mashuleni, sasa kwa mpango huo gari za mtu mmoja 6 zote zinataka kufika mjini je wangetumia gari 2 kidogo usumbufu ungepungua....mdau uholanzi

ReplyDeleteThe problem of traffic jam in dar is a result of poor town planning by our officials but what can be done now to solve the problem at hand is not only such short plan measures-barabara tatu- contrary to traffic law, we need long and sustainable measures includes:
ReplyDelete1.think of investing in big buses and town electric trains that carries big number of people at once and this should be done by government. All over the world public transport is running by government eg Germany, UK etc and sell shares to individuals. where is the UDA? or due curruption seekness?-ufisadi. Its possible under good administration government collects more than 320bn per month where are these money spent for? ufisadi??? or!!
2.need of scattered min towns not every thing in posta, ferry or kkoo. Government should build new cities example of kibamba but that is not enough we need more centres tegeta, chalinze etc there is no need of kko market being there and sell nyanya and mboga this should be shopping moll or super market and let nyanya and mboga sold in tegeta and mbagala.
3.dar population is growing so fast compered to social services. To win life it is not only being in dar let we think where we can potentialy make good and
efficient and leave away with this mind set of every one running to dar bongo land-hata kama unalala uani or barazani- village pays also and sometime more than one jobless in town. nawasilisha
Wewe uliyesema panua barabara unatakiwa ujue kwamba kila kilicho cha mtu kitakachoguswa wakati wa upanuzi wa barabara hizo itabidi fidia. Upo hapo? Na hiyo ni zaidi ya asilimia 95% ya ujenzi wa barabara yenyewe. Asilimia 5% iliyobaki fisadi atataka 95%. Itabaki kiasi cha asilimia 0.5% ambayo ndio itatatumika kupanua hizo barabara. Ukimpa K&K construction atakuwekea vumbi la kariakoo au mchanga wa shimoni tabata ili aweze kupata faida ya 95%. Kusema kweli kitakachoenda kupanua barabara kwa uhakika ni asilimia 0.025%. Sasa fikiria kwamba umeomba dola za kimarekani million moja za kutengeneza kilometa moja ya barabara, ni kiasi cha dola 250 tu zitakoweza kufanya kazi yako!!! Hayo na mahesabu ya harakaharaka huko Tanzania. Ndio maana watu wanapeta na magari ya dola 99,999.00 wakati mshahara wake ni dola 500 kwa mwezi, na bosi wake hata haulizi! Nasema tena, ccm, ni chukua chako mapema. Kuna aliyesema, Vote for a change next year, a change said in its seriousness!!! Vote for Ari Mpya, ari mpya said in its seriousness. Vote for Nguvu mpya, a real nguvu mpya sio nguvu ya juice. Vote for kasi mpya, sio kasi ya daladala inayoishia kwenye mataa baada ya muda mfupi. Michu mdogo wangu, ninaumwa sana na watu wanavyotafuna nji yangu bila aibu. Nikichukua nchi hii, watu wote itabidi wakumbuke azimio la arusha, na pia wakumbuke kwamba tutataifisha. MH

Through comments unaweza kuona akili finyu za watanzania! watu wengine eti ana-plan barabara kibao kuelekea huko kwao tu. Ndio maana utakuta kiongozi wa nchi nzima kama minister or president anaelekeza maendeleo kwao. Think of the whole city!!!

ReplyDeleteviongozi wetu wamelala kabisa hata cjuia walisoma shule ipi with their masters,degree plus phd's.mimi naona imefika wakati viongozi watujali cc wanaotuongoza mtu unafika kazini saa 3 na unawah kutoka ukiogopa foleni.kwa mtindo huu tutaendelea?tunazalisha saa ngapi?hapa pangefanyika ufumbuzi wa mabasi ya public yaje mabasi mazuri ili hata mtu aweze kuacha gari nyumbani apande commuter na magari binafsi yakataliwe kuingia mjini especially siku za wiki,HII INAWEZA FANYIKA KWA KUTOZA TAX YA KUINGIA MJINI.Nchi za wenzetu ndio wanavyofanya kama scandinavia countries esp netherland.hili likifanyika hamna msongamano na watu watawah kazini na kuzalisha otherwise umasikini hauishi ng"o.hii ni kwa kuanzia kabla ya kujenga madaraja ambayo yanacost bilions of money.
