Exim Advisory Services Limited was officially launched on Friday 16th July 2010 at a grand reception and cocktail at the Kempinski Hotel, Dar es Salaam. ReplyDeleteNakubaliana moja kwa moja na wewe kuwa kujieleza ni muhimu sana ili uweze kuchanguliwa kuanza kufundishwa kazi na mwajiri. Kama mwajiri, niliwachiri wadau waliomaliza Chuo Kikuu Bongo lakini wanashindwa kujieleza hasa katika lugha ya Kiingereza.
Utakuta mtu ana shahada ya biashara lakini nilipomwuliza tofauti ya savings account na Certificate of Deposit, vitu vidogo sana, akanikobolea macho tu. Nilipompa mtihani mdogo wa Excel hajaweza kufaulu. Nikamwomba anieleze sababu ya uchumi wa China kupanda na Marekani kushuka kashindwa kujibu. Hajajua majina hata matatu ya nchi za G8 wala maana ya WTO. Wasomi watano waliofuata wote pia walifeli, sijui walikuwa wanasoma nini. Nikaenda Kenya kuwaajiri wasomi waliomaliza vyuo vikuu na wenye MBA. Madarasa bongo hamna kitu, wanasoma mambo ya miaka ya 1990.

Huwa nacheka sana ninapoangalia YouTube za wabongo katika mahojiano. Hata Hasheem Thabeet mwenyewe ingawa kakaa na kusoma Marekani Kiingereza chake bado ni kizito. Kasema katika interview na ESPN kuwa wachezaji wote ni marafiki zake Memphis. Sasa alianza lina kuwa rafiki zake wakati yeye alikuwa bado shule na ndio kwanza kajulishwa? Hukuti mzungu anaongea mbumbumbu kwa kuwa wana watu wao wanaowafundisha kuongea.
Hii yote ni sababu ya elimu duni Bongo. Haitufundishi kitu chochote. Karibu watanzania wote waliomaliza elimu ya sekondari na hata ya chuo kikuu bongo asilimia kubwa yao hawaajiriki.
