Mayor of Ilala Municipal Council who also is The Councilor for the Gongo La Mboto Ward His worship Jerry Silaa visited various projects in his ward amongst them being in mtaa wa Gulukakwalala whereby he visited a dispensary which he built between 2005-2010 and he personally pledged to get it equipped with various instruments to measure diabetes, blood pressure and a portable ultrasound machine.

ReplyDeleteNaomba kuwasilisha ombi la badiriko la katiba. Hizi titles za ukoloni zisitumike tena. Hamna Mtukufu, Mheshimiwa n.k Wote hawa ni binadamu kama wingine wote na hiziz ni kazi tumewapa. Jerry Slaa najua ni-mchapa kazi mzuri sana, lakini sioni umuhimu wa kuwa na hii title kwenye jina lake, na wengine wote pia kutumia haya maneno.
I think the title "His Worship" is a bit too weird and skewed,indeed,out-of-touch!I would rather use,"Honorouble",even though,still,..kuna ka ukakasi hivi,ambako hakapendezi!Why not simply opt for "Ngugu Somesing!".Kuna ubaya gani,wadanganyika nyie?
