We regret to advise our esteemed customers and the public that
our Chang’ombe Branch caught fire early today, 21 February 2013. We are working
closely with Tanzania Police Force, Tanesco and Fire Brigade officers to
ascertain the cause of the fire and the total loss arising from it. As a
result, the Branch will remain closed until further notice.
In the meantime, our Chang’ombe customers are advised to visit the Industrial branch or any other nearest branch for services. The Industrial Branch is located along Pugu Road, opposite Tanzania Cigarette Company (TCC). For further details, customers can contact us on telephone number 0768 980 933
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen incident. We are working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that Chang’ombe Branch is operational again as soon as possible.
