6^TH GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Principal of the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) is pleased to invite the College graduands of the 2012/2013 academic year and the general public to the sixth graduation ceremony, which will be held at DUCE grounds, on Saturday, November 30^th 2013 starting from 01:00 pm.

GRADUANDS ARE REQUIRED TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

1.      Pay a total of Tshs. 42,000/- being the cost of hiring academic costumes and convocation fee. Payments shall be made to DUCE NBC account number 071101000196 (DUCE Collection) by 15^th November 2013. Graduands will meet their own travel, lodging and incidental expenses.

2.      Confirm their participation online through their ARIS accounts before 06:00 pm 15^th November 2013.

3.      Obtain agreement forms for hire of academic costumes through the DUCE website www.duce.ac.tz or collect the same from DUCE admissions office. For any inquiries, please use the following contact numbers Tel No 2850978, mobile 0787 423 178 or   0784 313 339 or email dpacademic@duce.ac.tz

4.      Attend a compulsory rehearsal which will be held on Friday 29^th November 2013 starting from 10:00 am.

5.      Collect academic costumes which will be issued from Thursday 21^st to Friday 29^th November 2013 between 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm. During issuance of academic costumes, the graduands shall be required to submit duly filled agreement forms for hiring the costumes.
