    The phrase "nearby states" is not helpful. I am here in Minnesota. There are many of us Tanzanians here in Minnesota. Is the Embassy planning to send someone to this state or is Minnesota considered one of the "nearby states?"

    Given that Michuziblog is read by us Tanzanians just about everywhere in the world, including our Embassy in Washington D.C., I have no doubt that my question will reach the Embassy and a response will be provided.
