The partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers - Tanzania have come together and have decided to invest in a great CSR program to help local schools in Tanzania. PricewaterhouseCoopers will be giving away multiple computer labs to schools, complete with software and training.
The partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers - Tanzania have come together and have decided to invest in a great CSR program to help local schools in Tanzania. PricewaterhouseCoopers will be giving away multiple computer labs to schools, complete with software and training.
We've placed advertisements in the local papers, but have not gotten an overwhelming response yet and we could use your help to spread the word!!
The computer labs will come with:
- Around 20 computers
- Educational software
- Printers, etc.
- Full installation and setup
- Basic IT training for school administrators
Schools that wish to apply need to do just two things:
(1) Submit student work (around 15-20 pieces) explaining/illustrating why they need a computer lab. Student work can be drawings, songs, poems or stories. We're encouraging students to be creative!
(2) A letter from a school teacher/administrator explaining why they need a computer lab and what benefits a computer lab would give them.
