Oftentimes, children in many parts of the world, leave home without breakfast and this leads to the weakening of their immune system, and acquiring curable diseases like malaria, diarrhea, and cholera. Education is key to a better life for a society because children learn not only for themselves but for their future children and generations to come.
So, it is important for Americans to show how education is important to their children by explaining that every day in school is a blessing for many children in parts of the world who strive for it. Food, shelter and clothing are basic needs yet they are privileges in many cases.
