TANZANIA BASKETBALL FEDERATION
Together we must rebuild the development system of basketball in Tanzania, to succeed in reaching our vision and achieving our goals and objectives we must accept and embrace the need to change and inevitably that difficult decisions and sacrifices must be made now to achieve a long term sustainable success.
The strategic plan addresses the year 2006 to 2010 with the view to where organization will be in coming 20 or more years. It sets the direction for Tanzania Basketball Federation (TBF) and strategic priorities identified will drive the organization decision making over coming five years.
All members, stakeholders and fans should consider this strategic plan as a call to action on offering better programming at all levels and we will only succeed if we work as a team and move along a common pathway leading a continued growth of our game and new success in international competitions.
