ReplyDeleteNdio kuna baadhi ya viongozi wawili au watatu wana either more power or influence or authority than him. But when it comes to what matters the most (efficiency and effectiveness) it is an undeniable truth that the man prevails above all! nd thats because apart from other reasons he is more of a leader and legislature that a polician for now!

ReplyDeletehebu acha kumfanyia kampeni sita kwenye block ya jamii,kafanya nini cha maana,zaidi ya kugeuza bunge sehemu ya mipasho,bunge la tz saa hivi ndo limekuwa ovyo kupita vipindi vyote,wabunge wanasimamia mada na kukosoa bajeti,alafu mwisho wa siku yeye anakuja kutupitishia bajeti kwa lazima,hamna kitu,ccm makundi yao mawili ni kwa uroho wa madaraka na si maslahi ya watanzania.kundi la sita kinawauma kukosa madaraka kwenye serikali ya JK.na wanapigania ili 2015 waweke mtu wao.siasa ni mchezo mchafu.
