The Mount Meru Hotel recently sponsored cash and prizes for the Cricket Prize giving of a local cricket league. The aim of the league is to develop the game in the local communities. The prize giving was held in the garden of the Mount Meru Hotel. The final, preceding the prize giving function, was the celebration and culmination of hard work, determination and a bit of perspiration. A to z and the Wanderers, were both worthy finalists and great competitors.
