Ami Mpungwe, Chairman of the Tanzania Chamber of Minerals and Energy (TCME) met with the Kim Horne, Vice-President of the Western Australia Chamber of Minerals and Energy (WA CME) on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Business Forum in Perth, Australia where they discussed issues of mutual interest and the importance of developing closer links between Australia and Tanzania mining industries. Mr Mpungwe was in Australia to represent the Tanzanian mining industry, establish links with senior counterparts in the Australian mining sector and promote Tanzania as a destination for investment.
