It is with deepest sorrow that the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority(EWURA) announces the death of Mr. Sirili Massay, who was the former Director of Petroleum. His death occurred on 13th October, 2011 morning at Regency Hospital. 


Mr. Massay will be buried at Kinondoni cemetery on Monday 17th October, 2011. Further arrangements are being made at his residence in Mbagala, Dar es Salaam.

    mungu ampe pumziko la milele. Poleni sana Mama Massay na Watoto . Mungu tunayemtegemea awape nguvu na kuwa Faraja ya kweli kwenu.
