ReplyDeletehaya ndio mambo tuanataka kusikia ,sio blah blah tufanye kazi nchi yetu iko sehemu nzuri sana Kijiografia .....ICT industry ni future kwenye kila nyanja ya ,afya,uchumi ,kilimo etc mjipange mpanue na soko la ndani hawa wa mitandao ya simu wanatumaliza na bei zao mbofumbofu .

please be assured that the TTCL is now logically divided into two: the one receiving this is the component dealing with National fiber backborn and not the one you always fight with.
ReplyDeleteBest option for both as it was realized that if rwanda takes link from kenya, they had to pay tarif for kenya and uganda as it passes through uganda.

ReplyDeleteMerever, apart from transit Tarrif through Uganda, the Kenya Telecom systems is just in the trauma from a brocken contract with the Orange France Telecom esulted from Fiber optic disconnection few days back that something it will never manage to supply to Rwanda !
