I expected you finance people to be business minded, how do you organize such event for free and how are you going to restrict participants given the small size of the venue if not by a reasonable fee?
ReplyDelete...1st.mdau,amazing how could you imagine such graduation event which is nomaly once at a time to be organize as business venture?drinks & bitings for resonable price and entrance free is fair and well caculated for this graduation event,after all only families & former students friends are invited...

My dear Mikidadi above, the event is not a graduation ceremony, it is alumni for students graduated between 1974 to 2012!
