On 3rd December, 2013, the Opening Ceremony for “the Project for Construction of Girls’ Hostel at Zogowale Secondary School in Kibaha Town, Coast Region” was held at Zogowale Secondary School. The Government of Japan, in response to the request by Zogowale Secondary School, extended a grant aid of US Dollars 122,614 for the project in the Japanese Fiscal Year 2012, under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGHSP).
