Tanzanian youth from Western MA, came together in Downtown Springfield, MA, inside Make-it Springfield, and held a focus group. The purpose was to brainstorm ideas on how to resolve issues and provide resources to help strengthen their community. The focus group was organized by Cecelela Tomi, Zulfiqar Manzi, Abdul Kibodya, and Mimi Mgawe. This was also an opportunity for youths to have open dialogue on questions that were conducted by the organizers. A lot of positivity came out from the focus group.
