For her social entrepreneurial spirit teaching young unemployed women across Africa a basic film making class, and her global advocacy for girls education to prevent early marriages, the Nelson Mandela Foundation has recognized and honored 16 year old Zuriel Oduwole in Johannesburg - South Africa.
A filmmaker since the age of 9, when she made her first short documentary about the Ghana Revolution, she shared a short film about the centenary life of Nelson Mandela with the Foundations leadership, before being treated to a private tour of the foundation, including archives and priceless collections of the former President.
