Akiba Commercial Bank Plc (ACB) today donated essential medical items to Mwananyamala Government Hospital as part of its end-of-year festive season initiatives aimed at supporting communities and enhancing public welfare.
During the event, Head of Marketing and Communications, Dora Saria, emphasized the Bank’s commitment to giving back to society and supporting institutions that play a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of communities. She noted that this initiative reflects ACB’s dedication to corporate citizenship and its ongoing efforts to make a meaningful impact on society.
The donation was warmly received by the hospital’s management and staff, including Halili Katani, Community Welfare Officer; Humphrey Mwesigwa, Specialist in Maternal Health; and Mbaruku Juma Mlinga, Orthopedic Specialist, who expressed gratitude to Akiba Commercial Bank for the timely support and commended the Bank for its well-executed corporate social responsibility efforts.
