Kweli nimeamini kweli wewe ni mpiga picha maarufu. Yaani umepiga picha kinyume nyume( Najua watu watajiuliza ). Hii picha imepigwa kwenye side mirror ya gari kuona magari yaliyoko nyuma, kaka sikuwezi
EASY,waanzishe MOT ili mikangafu yote iondoke barabarani yabaki magari supa tuu,halafu vipanya marufuku city center and last not least waweke CONGESTION CHARGES to any car entering city center and kariakoo,thats it.
A couple of things can be done: 1. Use of technology to control traffic flow. Modern day technology include solar powered traffic and street lights; using LED such that one little bulb malfunctions the other little bulbs will continue working - LEDs have a lifespan of 7 to ten years plus less reliance on electricity(but don't tell the wahusika hizi kwani itapunguza ulaji!); modern technology also can be put on the underground the roads as to gauge what street direction has the most cars and that street's green lights is on longer and consecutive green lights on that direction come on automatically to allow traffic to flow - actually there is a number of ways something like this is possible 2. Funding - initial funding may be huge but here is a couple of ways to generate funds and revenue from such a traffic system: a)Every street and trafic light pole becomes advertising space to sell to companies for much needed revenue; b)Acts of vandalism, cars hitting these systems MUST be punishable with no arguments and no exceptions!! c) Introduce a quota system or goal setting for all traffic police which is tied to salary and rank increase at the end of the year. E.g. each traffic police has to cite lets say 10 traffic violations each week(na Dar kuna violations kibao!) and the fines documented and put back into the system for repairs, general upkeep and maintenance etc Na hizi citations hazipaswi kuwa in two days au in one day but spread up over a week. End of year every traffic cop will be judged on how well he accomplished the set goals, how much his/her citations fines brought in revenue etc etc and is matched against a set system whetehr he/she recieves a higher rank or cash or both!
heavy trafiic ipo ktk miji yote mikubwa. Masuluhisho na maoni mengi mliyoyaandika hapo juu ni sahihi, lakini nadhani hatuwi wahalisi. Tanzania bado ipo nyuma na ni masikini, vitu kama powered traffic light hata kiwanja hazipo kila sehemu.Technology itakuja kwa wakati wake,pale itakapowezekana. Unawezaje kusema vipanya visiingie mjini, mi nadhani vipanya ni bora kuliko migari mikubwa inapokuja suala la traffic movement. Hivi mnapotoa maoni huwa mnatufilia walalahoi? Au mnataka waachuuzi wa samaki tutembee na miguu toka feri ??? tuoneeni huruma jamani, taksi hatuafford kama ninyi .
