Mwalimu Tuguta was buried in Dodoma Tanzania on 26/02/2007 which happened to be his birth day 26/02/1942
one of my father's favorite songs was

ReplyDeleteMlikuwa mnakaa Mazengo yumba yenu ilikuwa karibu na getini. Geti la karibu na uwanja alikuwa Mkoba halafu nye mlikuwa upande mwingine wa geti halafu mama alikuwa anafundisha Kiswahili. Watu wa dini halafu wapole enzi hizo. Aisee nawakumbuka. Poleni sana kwa msiba mzito. Msalimie sana mama Tuguta, alinifundisha Kiswahili O' level.Mpole sana pia anajipenda.
