Wedding party reception sponsorships by windhoek light and club shandy during the second half of the year 2009 (july to December 2009)
Windhoek premium light beer and club shandy premium light beer will sponsor eligible wedding reception parties during the period july to December 2009 on the following terms and conditions.
General wedding party reception sponsorships
provided there are assurances that the products will be used in a wedding function and not for resale, for every three (3) cases of Windhoek premium lager beer bought either one (1) case of Windhoek premium light beer or one (1) case of club shandy premium light beer will be provided by mabibo to the grooms free of charge.
*Sponsorship of welcome light beer drinks to wedding party receptions
provided there are assurances that the products will be used in a wedding function and not for resale, for thirty (30) cases of Windhoek premium lager beer bought by the grooms five (5) cases of Windhoek premium light beer and (5) cases of club shandy premium light beer will be provided by mabibo to the grooms free of charge.
also ice blocks for chilling the welcome light drinks and Windhoek girls for serving the welcome light drinks to the wedding party guests will be provided free of charge by mabibo.

(minimum 40 cases windhoek premium lager and 30 cases of heineken premium lager or any other combination that adds up to 70 cases of premium lager beer have to be ordered and paid for by the grooms).
Ice blocks and coolers for chilling the premium beer will be provided free of charge.
Support staff for controlling the premium beer stocks will be provided free of charge.
Adequate Windhoek girls for serving windhoek premium light beer and club shandy premium light beer during the welcome drinks coctail will be provided free of charge.
Windhoek cultural troupe for entertaining during the service of the welcome drinks will be provided free of charge.
Adequate Windhoek girls and their supervisors for serving premium beer drinks during the main wedding party reception will be provided free of charge.
windhoek master of ceremonies (mc) will be provided free of charge.
live music from k-mondo sound band for dar es salaam and for up country windhoek dj will be provided free of charge.
other necessary supports for the success of the wedding party reception such as provision of a powerfull camera with instant link to a popular website for worldwide viewing will be discussed and may be sponsored if agreed upon.

booking will be taken on the basis of first come first served and confirmation is by payment for the premium lager beer quantities according to the selected option.
