I have always wondered how one manages to write a novel and keep readers interested with each flick. I tried it in less than 100 pages.

"My name is Tausi Adelina Mrema, born and raised in a village in the Northern Tanzania named Karanga. Generally I am not a voluptuous girl in comparison to other girls in my neighbourhood.
"A fleshy and well-rounded curvy body is considered to be a sign of beauty by men in my society. A skinny, or nicknamed “spaghetti” body, is not to be envied.
"Going to a local market every Saturday with my mother Tabia was a chore that I did not look forward to. Drooling over an African figure that I could never have, I feasted my eyes upon the swaying mounds of my fellow African sisters.
"The behinds of these blessed creatures were visible through their clothes making men stare at the natural rhythm performed by the curved rears. Sometimes these eyes were followed by unpleasant jokes and I would take this chance to assure myself that having a voluptuous rear was not always a blessing."

    Just a clarification to everyone. This is a fiction book and the main character in it is named Tausi. The author of this book is myself namely Gloria Gonsalves. It has nothing to do with Tausi the model you might know from Tanzania/Germany. My hometown is Korogwe, Tanga and not Karanga as in the book. Please do get the facts right. Thank you!

    Heheheh Wantanzania kia kawaida yetu kuomba omba..heheh kuna mtu hapo juu amesema Gloria asaidie Karanga village wanashida sana something like that!!!! Duuu! jamani kuuza vitabu hakuna hela ya hivyooo unavyodhani wewe hivyo, na kwani yeye mwenyewe hana familia yenye shida? we dont know what went through her mind mpaka akanza kuandika vitabu vya Tausi, Chausiku na Chamchana etc, so maybe she needs the funds for herself more than you might think..!! mmm mie mwenyewe mcheza filamu maarufu huku majuu yaani maulaya ila sisemi kwani sitaki kuombwa ombwa mie, ASIYEFANYA KAZI NA ASILE SO GO WORK..hahahah! sekiyu veri machi pipo.. :-)

    Whoever commented as a response to me helping the Karanga Village, I am so grateful to you. Your words I could not have said it better ;-) People tend to think of profits first and forget that there were expenses incurred to produce such work.     I write not with intentions of money making but try to reach out and hoping someday my words would make a difference to someone's life like it did to me.
