A TEENAGER has been knifed to death - allegedly by his best mate - after a bust-up over a message on Facebook.
Salum Kombo, 18, was stabbed repeatedly and staggered 400 yards before collapsing in a pool of blood.
He was said to have been attacked by the 15-year-old who held a grudge because he had shown "disrespect" in the posting on the social networking site.

ReplyDeleteRIP young man. Inna lillah wa inna ilaihi raajiuun. My heart goes out to the bereaved family of the young boy who has just added to the statistics of inner London's knife culture. I think it is utterly wrong to blame it on social networking as such incidents have been occuring in inner cities - particularly London long before the advent of these sites. The motives behind London's knife culture - which is more prevalent among black ethnic minority youths - have baffled the Metropolitan Police for many years. Without sounding racist, my best bet is that the assailant may not have been of Tanzanian origin. again, RIP in Salum and may Allah grant patience to your family.
