ReplyDeleteIf you are marketing your business why are you not very opened. Do not hide information just say where the building is located and if necessary mention its name.
ReplyDeleteThere is no need to ask people to call you using mobile number. Afterall office is not mobile business, just mention the name of building or location, then people who are interested will come to see it themselves.
Comparing it with other buildings in city will not help much. This is your business and you need customers so be very clear. Giving out information about prices while building is not known is just like selling a goat while it is in a bag. People need to see what you are selling so that they compare it with price given. Not everything which is cheaper is worth the money.
I suspect may be you are either just DADALI look for commission or not serious business person.

Huyu ndugu nimewasiliana naye ni kwamba anatafuta watu wa kushare naye ofisi, yeye bajeti yake haimruhusu kukodi nafasi kubwa kama mwenye jengo anavyokodisha.
ReplyDeleteHivyo kama anavyosema wajasiriamali wenye bajeti ndogo wamtafute ili waunganishe nguvu na kuchukua ofisi yenye hadhi.
Ofisi kweli ni nzuri sana, nimeitembelea leo mchana. Wasiliana naye na mkikubaliana masharti machache ya msingi utaoneshwa.
