Dear Friend of DCMAIn collaboration with various schools and the ‘Save the Children’ organization, DCMA will stage its ‘Save the Music’ Children’s Concert at the popular Forodhani Park on July 16. The aim of the concert will be to showcase the progress achieved as a result of the Music for Children Program that has been undertaken by the DCMA since 2002.
During the concert, children that have been trained in the various courses will be performing for their peers as well as their families. Several schools from around Zanzibar have been invited to the concert which is expected to feature various acts including traditional dance, solo performances, singing duets as well as hip hop.
