KIGAMBONI IS A VERY VERY GOOD AREA. I URGE WHOEVER WANTS TO BUILD A HOUSE IN DAR SHOULD BUY A PLOT THERE COZ AFTER THE BRIDGE IS CONSTRUCTED, TRUST ME THAT AREA WILL BE LIKE MBEZI BEACH.
HOWEVER, WHOEVER THE SELLER OF THIS HOUSE IS, HE SHOULD BE REASONABLE.

Kama ni labour charges bila manunuzi ya vitu kama matofali, mchanga, cement, nondo, n.k achana nae. Ila kama vyote vinakuwa ndani ya gharama hii kwa kujenga kimaskini maskini i.e. kwa usimamizi wa karibu nadhani fundi yuko on right track. Ni ushauri wangu tuu. Mimi nimejenga kijumba cha vyumba vitatu, sitting room, jiko, dining na servant kota hadi kufikia level ya kupiga bati nimetumia jumla ya shilingi milioni 14 tu ila kwa usimimizi wa karibu "kimaskini maskini". Wawekezaji wameshaanza kutafutwa na wengine washaanza kazi kujenga mahoteli, kumbi za kupumzikia, macasino, golf clubs nakadhalika. utaatibu wa jinsi wa kumpesate wakati sehemu nyingi bado, inawezekana na hii nyumba ni ya kuwa compesated maana inatakiwa kubomolewa. ReplyDeleteMdau hapo juu unayeongelea Master Plan ni kweli kabisa. Mie namfahamu Dada mmoja kajenga huko kigamboni, ilibaki finishing touches tu, akaambiwa alipojenga "imepimwa barabara", kachanganyikiwa na hajui kama kutakuwa na compensation.

Huyo mwekezaji aldhani anapata pori na amekuta watu wamejenga kwenye pockets mbalimbali na ameghaili. Sasa watu wamerudi kujenga viwanja vyao vilivyopimwa kule Kisota, Kibada, Tua Ngoma, Mwongozo, Geza Ulole etc. Huyo dada aliyejenga na sasa anaambiwa kuna barabara inapita hapo ni kwamba alinunua kwa mwenyeji kabla hakujapimwa.
Mimi niko wizara ya ardhi na nawatahadharisha kuhusu ununuzi wowote wa ardhi na nyumba kigamboni. ReplyDeleteNingemshauri mwenye nyumba aongeze picha kwa kuwa hizi mbili hazitoshi. Ieleweke kwamba si kila mtu anayeweza kuvutiwa na nyumba hii na kutaka kuinunua yupo Dar es Salaam na anaweza kwenda Kigamboni kuikagua. Wengine wapo nje ya nchi. Ingekuwa ni vizuri kama zingewekwa picha za kila chumba na muonekana wake kwa nje.
