Former President of Zanzibar Hon Amani Abeid Karume speaks at the second day of the Institute of Development Studies week programme of its celebrations towards UDSM 50th Anniversary. The 7th APARC Presidential Lecture titled Africa: Growth Through Innovation, Challenges and Future Prospects was delivered at the University of Dar es Salaam by HE Hon. Dr. Abeid Amani Karume, former President of Zanzibar in the Council Chamber, university of Dar es Salaam this evening.
