Ankal, I am gratefull to be provided with an opportunity to learn and develop my career and become world class professional. I with a fellow group of 20 assistants and senior auditors from Ernst & Young Tanzania office had an opportunity to visit Ernst & Young South Africa based in Johannesburg for training, short term work experience and have fun.  I know it is expensive for a company to send such many staff at once outside the country for training and this shows how committed my employer is to our development and should inspire other Tanzania employers. Over 40 new staff (all graduates in Tanzania) will leave soon for similar training. My fellow graduates of University of Dar es Salaam, Mzumbe, IFM, Tumaini between 2009 and 2010 will recognize their colleagues in the pictures.
