Mr Innocent Mungy from the TCRA making a presentation today during the Tanzania Marketing Comunications Conference at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Dar es salaam. In his presentation Mr Mungi dealt on what works in the real world, insisting that in today’s competitive world, one cannot carve a rotten wood, in that if a service is bad, the best PR tactics or an interesting article of feature story cannot make them good.
