This is at the African Development Bank temporary Headquarters in Tunis, Tunisia, today during a meeting between the Bank President Dr. Donald Kaberuka and Former President Benjamin Mkapa as the Co- Chairman of the Investment Climate Facility for Africa, when he (Mr Mkapa) visited the Bank in Tunis to improve the working relationship between the two institutions.
