Dear Ankal
I would appreciate if you would be able to publish my comments directed to TCRA with regard to their operations and technological issues.
First it is quite some time now since they assured us (customers) that registration of simcards will be a necessity before one uses the same. I am at a loss as to what is happening now. Innocent customers are being taken for a ride especially when it comes to life threatening messages, use of foul languages etc.
My question is when is TCRA going to avert this situation??? I have seen in neighboring Uganda- where it is not possible to use a simcard straight after purchasing it unless you register the same. What is holding them back or delaying the exercise? Is connected with analogy and digital rhetoric?
Secondly their website is very unfriendly to users. They should look into this.
Please publish this for broader involvement of other stakeholders to give comments.

ReplyDeleteTCRA endless Boondagaggles:
ReplyDeleteThere are two common Swahili saying that speak
1.''Monkey does not manage to see it's ass''
2.''Don't concentrate on one's eye brow's smoky cloud before manage own bolt inside your eye''
The administration is strict on impossing harsh regulations to it's surbodinates while itself can't properly manage just it's own Portal !
