In order to promote the economic and trade cooperation relationship between China and African countries , and to display Chinese commodity image to African market, The Chinese government will hold the Brands of China African Showcase from July 1st to July 5th 2012.
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the Governments of Jiangsu , Zhejiang, Guangdong Provinces , the “Brands of China African Showcase 2012” will be held for five days from the 1st to 5th July during the Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair 2012.
The exhibition will cover an area of 2,600 square meters, with 150 standard booths and 110 exhibitors from 8 Chinese provinces or autonomous regions. Based on the product categories of the exhibitors, the African Showcase is divided into four exhibition zones for; machinery, vehicles, electrical equipment, home appliances, electronic communication, solar energy and related products, consumer goods, hard-wares, construction materials, chemicals, health care and comprehensive products.
The Opening Ceremony for the Brands of China African Showcase 2012 & Press Conference of the 112th China Import and Export Fair” will be held by the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China at 3.00pm on July 2nd, 2012 at the fairgrounds.
During the exhibition period, Matchmaking Symposium between China and Africa will be held for Chinese and African enterprises, to provide exhibitors and purchasers the opportunity to talk face-to-face, and a platform for information sharing and technical exchange.
In recent years, with China's ever-improving comprehensive economic strengths, scientific innovation and enterprises, China's export to Africa has been solid in quality and reasonably priced, while demonstrating ever-increasing variety and ever-improving quality and services.
China has made a positive contribution to meeting the consumption demands of the African people, to improving the living standards of the general public and to boosting local economic and social development.
110 exhibitors from all over China were well selected by the organizer to exhibit. The selected enterprises have many years of experience in export and are both reputable and socially responsible. The majority of products have their own brands and offer products of solid quality that are well-received by consumers around the world.
African Showcase 2012 provides a broad stage for Chinese brands to showcase themselves to Africa, thus enabling the African people to gain a deeper knowledge of the Chinese brands. Chinese exhibitors look forward to having extensive economic and trade exchange and cooperation with African buyers and to achieving mutual benefit and a win-win for both China and African countries.
