CLUB MANAGER WANTED

FULLMOON NIGHT CLUB "Opening Soon" FORMALLY BLUEMOON situated in NJIRO COMPLEX, is looking for a qualified Nightclub Manager with previous managerial experience.

Must have problem solving abilities, ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations, great customer service skills, team leader, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills.

The Manger is responsible for promoting and developing a positive culture in accordance with nightclub mission, values, and vision statement.

He/She assists with the policies and procedures, recruitment and hiring practices and enhances general strategies for profitability, sustainability and longevity of Nightlife.

                                                    REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two years experience in Hotel/Restaurant /Night Club Management or related field.

Particular skills in associate development/training/evaluation; scheduling; staffing; and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage service; and ABC   laws and regulations.

Knowledge, skills, ability, and experience in all areas of beverage

Familiarity with applicable standards and procedures.

Professionalism beyond reproach.

Safety and customer service oriented.

Strong computer and Internet skills.

Neat, clean, and professional appearance.

  Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
